Complaints, Compliments & Suggestions


We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.  Our practice manager, Mrs Nancy Murray, will give you further information.  Our Practice Complaints leaflet gives details of the procedure and is available from Reception.  Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we will deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.


We have a Suggestion Box which is located in the main Waiting Area.  If you would like to comment on the provision of service, please complete a Comment Slip and put it in the Suggestion Box.  Your comments will help us understand the needs of our patients and improve how we provide patient care.
